Hi, I’m Laura. I have devoted more than 10 years to health and social care, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities with a warm and caring approach. I have been part of Supporting Hands for four years, and every day I feel fortunate to make a difference in the lives of the people I support.
I believe everyone deserves to feel valued, safe and truly cared for. My goal is to offer kindness, understanding and encouragement so each person feels seen and appreciated. Together, we create a nurturing environment where joy and comfort come first.
My qualifications
- Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adult Care (ongoing)
- Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker — Distinction
- Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Level 3 in Mental Health Awareness
- Level 2 Autism Award
- CPI, medication, moving and handling, and first aid training

My availability
I am available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. If your family would like to visit or has any questions, I am happy to meet them and help everyone stay connected and informed.
